David Salerno

David Salerno is the founder and president of Solpak, a Montreal-based company specializing in food packaging and transport solutions. Solpak serves organizations across Canada, including non-profit organizations, government institutions, retailers, and food service providers.
An entrepreneur for over 25 years, David is also the founder of Entrepreneur Sherpa, a coaching practice built around the Sherpa Method, a nine-discipline framework designed to help entrepreneurs build sustainable and liberating businesses. He is the author of the book Built for Freedom, published in 2024 and registered with the Library of Congress.
Individual freedom and entrepreneurship are at the heart of his interests and commitments. This is what naturally led him to the MEI, whose vision of an economy founded on voluntary exchange, respect for property rights, and personal initiative he shares. David sits on the MEI’s Board of Directors as Vice President.
