Jean-Jacques Rosa

Jean-Jacques Rosa is a Professor at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and Director and founder of their MBA program. He is the author of many books and articles such as L’Erreur Européenne (1998) and Le second XXe siècle (2000), a book that was well received by the critics.
Along with his teaching career, Mr. Rosa is an independent consultant and was, from 1987 to 2001, Director of the financial pages of the French daily Le Figaro. His work has been recognized by, among others, Le Nouvel Économiste, which named him “Economist of the Year” in 1995.
Professor Rosa presented his reflexion on the management of private firms in the context of globalization. Particularly, what are some of the impacts of business mergers and acquisitions on their “architecture” and the relation between political and economical players.
