Richard Carter
Vice-Chairman of the Board
After obtaining his Doctorate in Economics from the Virginia Polytechnic and State University, Richard Carter taught at the Université du Québec and at Université Laval. He then joined the National Bank of Canada where he served as Vice-President Planning and Chief Economist, and later as First Vice-President Finance and Product Management. He is currently President of Demarcation Point. Mr. Carter was Vice-Chairman of the Board from 1999 to 2007.
