Luncheon conference with Nathalie Elgrably-Lévy and Marcel Boyer, co-authors of Réinventer le Québec: douze chantiers à entreprendre. According to Ms. Elgrably-Lévy and Mr. Boyer, the Quebec model needs to be reinvented. During this luncheon, the authors presented a rigorous factual picture of the Quebec model’s performance and proposed solutions for ensuring the achievement of our full socio-economic potential, currently held back by a lack of economic freedom as well as a lack of individual and institutional responsibility.
