Student Seminar 2004 MEI/Fraser Institute

During this seminar, Filip Palda, a Professor of Economics at ÉNAP, explained why we don’t need campaign spending gag laws; Sylvain Bernier, an Associate Researcher at the MEI, explained his recent publication, School Choice For All: A School Voucher Program for Quebec; Kenneth Green, the Director of the Risk and Environment Policy Centre at the Fraser Institute, explored global warming policy options; Richard Marceau, a Professor at ÉNAP, discussed government transparency and access to information; and Valentin Petkatchin, MEI’s new Director of Research, compared international models of health care provision, and the policy recommendations that Canada should consider.
