Filip Palda

Filip Palda is a full professor at the École nationale d’administration publique of the Université du Québec. He earned his Ph.D. in economics at the University of Chicago under the supervision of Nobel Prize winning economist Gary Becker. Professor Palda is the author of many articles in economic journals and newspapers as well as of six books.
